As many of you know, Houston Gateway Academy is a mission-driven school where expectations to succeed and excel are set high for both teachers and scholars. One of the most critical aspects of being an educator is inspiring scholars to excel. However, the greatest level of excellence is achieved when individuals set high expectations for themselves. How wonderful it is to have a scholar who possesses intrinsic motivation! Jason is a highly motivated scholar who has the desire to be his own personal best. For this reason, I have selected Jason as my scholar of the month!
