Gov. Greg Abbott announced that public schools can no longer require masks on their campuses starting June 5

Houston Gateway Academy is aware of Governor Greg Abbott’s executive order issued on May 18th prohibiting schools from requiring students, staff and visitors to wear masks after June 4, 2021. HGA intends to comply with Governor Abbott’s order and awaits further guidance from the Texas Education Agency.
